Welcome to Hana Jee Design Studio. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days.
• Standard delivery time is 3–8 working days depending on your city and courier operations.
• Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Verification

For security purposes, our team may contact customers for order verification before dispatching the parcel.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan on eligible orders for your convenience.

As per applicable government tax regulations, the following charges will apply on COD orders:

• 2% GST (General Sales Tax)
• 2% WHT (Withholding Tax)

These government taxes are collected through the courier company at the time of delivery.

This means an additional 4% of the total order amount will be added to your payable bill on COD orders.

Example:
If your order total is Rs. 10,000, an additional Rs. 400 will be charged as government taxes through the courier service, making the final payable amount Rs. 10,400.

These charges are mandatory and are not retained by Hana Jee Design Studio.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email where applicable.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable or refuses delivery repeatedly, future COD orders may be restricted.

Delivery Delays

Hana Jee Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Political or operational disruptions
