Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective product received
  • Damaged item received

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original packaging and invoice must be available.
  • Slight variation in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings and shall not qualify as a defect.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences
  • Fabric texture expectations
  • Sale items or discounted products

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email
  • Share order number
  • Share parcel opening video and product images

Claims without parcel opening video may not be entertained.

Exchange Shipping

Customers may be required to bear courier costs for exchanges unless the error is from our side.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved if:

  • Ordered item is unavailable after payment
  • Verified defective item cannot be replaced
  • Wrong item delivered and exchange unavailable

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa

Refund Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Refused COD orders
  • Change of mind
  • Delay caused by courier
  • Minor color or design variation
